We do not accept Returns unless damaged or wrong product is delivered. You should  contact us within 5 days after receiving the order to proceed with exchange for the same.

An opening Video is must to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
